Connect microphones/pc
Be sure to connect all the devices first before powering on the PA System.
This is located near the Computer
TURN ON PA SYSTEM
- TURN ON POWER
You can find the power switch next to the PA Rack
2. Check PA board
This will Power Up on it's on
Be sure that all the volume are set to 0 or bottom.
3. turn on pre-amp
Press the Power button to switch on the Pre-Amp
4. Turn on Speaker
5. adjust volume
Adjust the level of channels based on the marked description.
PC-1 : This is the for the Audio Interface Channel (look at Zoom section)
PC-2 : This is the volume to control from the PC
unmute channel by repressing mute button
When mute lights are on, it means that the current channel is muted.
Once you re-press the Mute Button, light will be switched off and the channel will be unmuted.
TURN off PA SYSTEM
1. mute and set to 0
Mute all the channels
Set the volume level to 0 or all the way to the bottom
2. Turn off Speaker
3. turn off pre-amp
Press the Power button to switch on the Pre-Amp
4. TURN Off POWER
You can find the power switch next to the PA Rack

- turn on power
You can find this near the Computer
Left switch is for Desktop
Right switch is for the Music Instruments
2. turn on pc
pc will now start
Desktop is running Windows 11 and uses Microsoft Office 365
Zoom Meetings is possible using this room
turn on projector
Be sure that you turn on the switches that powers up the PA System, as the power cable is connected through there as well.
Turn OFF PC
Click on Start --> Power Button --> Shut Down
Turn off Projector
Turn off Switch
zoom set up
check connection
Be sure that the VGA Cables and Audio Cables are connected properly
Top is for PC Visual
Bottom is for PC Audio
check desktop audio
If there is no audio coming out from the PA System, be sure to check the first Speakers (High Definition Audio Device) as your output. This should be selected by default.
Connect microphone to audio interface
You can connect up to 2 Microphones to this device or 1 Microphone and 1 Musical Instrument.
Please DO NOT turn on Phantom Power (Red Button)
ADJUST VOLUME
Adjust audio level based on this settings.
1 is for Microphone 1
2 is for Microphone 2 or Musical Instrument
3-4 is for USB which is not used.
Main is for the Main Volume going into Zoom
Phones is the Volume that is going to the PA System.
