Initial Set Up
select correct scenes
Go to Scene Collection to choose the correct Language Service
Main OBS - Broadcast to YouTube
Turn on Virtual Camera
2nd OBS - Broadcast to Facebook
Project to LED Screen
go to the main obs
Right click on the screen
Select Fullscreen Projector (Preview)
Select Aten_HDMI:1920x1080 @ 1920.0
This will send the signal to Aten Splitter, one to the Aten Matrix and another one will then go to 1H.
*Do this in regardless overflow or not*
setting up stream key
Youtube Stream Key on Main OBS
Click go live
Go to Youtube.com
Click on the Camera Button
Select Go Live Link
Select the correct language
Click on the correct language for the service you plan to go live.
Green is for Chinese Service
Red is for English Service
Copy Stream key
Click on Copy button to copy the Stream Key.
Click on settings
Located on the bottom right of OBS
stream tab
Select YouTube
Update stream key
Click on Use Stream Key
Paste the Stream key you copied from YouTube
Press OK.
Facebook Stream Key on Secondary OBS
Go to fmc fb page
Go to Facebook and proceed to FMC Fb Page
Click on Live Video
scheduled broadcast
Scroll down a bit and click on the Scheduled Broadcast
Select the correct Language you intend to Live Stream
Green is Chinese Service
Red is English Service
Select Streaming Software
Click on Streaming Software
Click on Copy button next to the stream key.
Click on settings
Located on the bottom right of OBS
stream tab
Select Facebook Live
Update stream key
Click on Use Stream Key
Paste the Stream key you copied from Facebook
Press OK.

Do the following whenever you are on Duty.
Double check with the Laptop personal to see if they have copied the slides from the Church Server or not. If you are earlier do it for them, and make sure the speaker slides are also in. (For Chinese Service, help to update the slides for the 5PM Service as well)
Help to copy the pre-service video into the slides, in case the Laptop personal is unsure where to locate the file.
In the event the Liturgist or Guest Speaker would prefer a closer look on the screen, prepare the iPad for them to use.
Open up Chrome and select VDO Ninja
Enter the password (located on the church Desktop)
Choose Select Screen, and choose the projected screen (normally is screen 2)
Open up the iPad browser, and select the favorite tab for the VDO Ninja
Be sure the router are switched on at the Multimedia desk.
